Corporate Social Responsibility

The future belongs to everyone. We believe in giving back to our local communities and having a positive impact on society.

We want to help build a safe and supportive community, that offers a better quality of life for all. That's why we make Corporate Social Responsibility one of our core values.

  • Every few years we choose a charity to focus our fundraising efforts on.
  • We support various charities through our corporate sponsorship and match our employees fundraising efforts.
  • We partner with Young Enterprise, TutorMate, Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics GB on volunteering projects in the UK.

In addition to our employee volunteer programs and charitable donations, we're proud to partner with local and national organisations that promote mental health and wellbeing, resilience and inclusion in the community.

Our 2019/2020 charity partner is “The Clock Tower Sanctuary”, a local charity that is the only day-centre in Brighton & Hove for 16 to 25-year olds who are homeless or insecurely housed. They provide vital practical and emotional support to help vulnerable young people move from crisis to independence.

Throughout the year, our employees carry out fundraising activities for them. We also give all our permanent staff up to one day per year as paid volunteer leave, and match the funds they raise.

Donations for our charity partner can be made via: localgiving.org.
