Group Life Flexible Benefits

Group Life that lets employees flex their choices to suit their needs, and helps employees control benefits costs

Flexible Group Life enables employees to take control of their benefits within parameters you set for them, at the same time as helping control benefits budgets.  MetLife’s cover is designed to:

  • Give employees the freedom to choose the benefits that best suit their circumstances
  • Let employees increase or reduce cover at pre-agreed levels set by you
  • Enable employees to flex their cover as they go through life with a range of ‘lifestyle events’, for example the arrival of a new baby
  • Give employees and their families complimentary access to a bereavement and probate support helpline all year round, 24/7.
