Ensuring our customers are safe and cared for, goes beyond providing insurance. Whilst we are dedicated to supporting families and individuals financially by paying claims, we also want to make sure your wellbeing is being actively cared for too.

That’s why we partner with Health Assured, the UK and Ireland's largest employee assistance programme provider, who provide useful remote services which gives you access to qualified counsellors for in the moment support, legal advisors1 and registered nurses2 – all of whom can help with the everyday bumps in the road.

GP24 – Virtual GP

GP24 is MetLife’s virtual GP service provided by HealthHero, and is available to all individual protection policyholders.

If you’re an existing customer and you have a query regarding your policy, would like to update your policy or have lost your policy documents, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
