Making a claim

If an employee dies whilst employed by your client, we know first-hand about the significant impact on colleagues and the business. We do everything we can to make the process quick and simple, and in fact pay 99% of Group Life claims in 5 working days. When an employee is absent from work due to illness, there’s a lot for employers to think about, for example redistributing workloads, contacting customers and so on.
