Shining a light on this sensitive topic, that affects so many, to help break the taboo.

Almost half of women experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms at work say they were too embarrassed to admit they were going through it*, yet it can have a significant impact on their wellbeing and performance in the workplace. Our research examined how women experiencing perimenopause or the menopause in the workplace felt, how their work was impacted and the support available to them.

To help break the taboo, we share our insights to highlight the need for greater sensitivity, conversations to raise awareness, and a greater network of support.
