Simplifying the process — We work with Morningstar (a subsidiary of Morningstar Inc.) to ensure that our fund selection is suitable for your clients. Morningstar are a leading provider of investment research, with more than 20 years' experience of advising investment managers. Funds are only included in our portfolios after undergoing intensive screening by Morningstar. Once a fund does appear on our portfolios it is subject to constant monitoring by Morningstar to ensure it continues to meet our criteria.
Our range of Index portfolios offer varying equity exposure and track all the major stock markets, as well as investing in fixed interest investments for stability. Each portfolio invests in a range of Index Funds and is rebalanced to ensure they continue to meet their objectives.
There are five Index Portfolios to choose from:
- MetLife Defensive Index Portfolio
- MetLife Conservative Index Portfolio
- MetLife Cautious Index Portfolio
- MetLife Balanced Index Portfolio
- MetLife Aggressive Index Portfolio
MetLife's guarantees can be selected on the Defensive, Conservative and Cautious portfolios. If your clients no longer want their investment guaranteed they can select to invest in our managed portfolios.
Working with Morningstar we have carefully built our Managed Portfolios to make it easier for your clients to create an investment strategy that considers their personal goals and risk profile. Each portfolio invests in a range of funds provided by leading investment houses and is rebalanced to ensure it continues to meet it's objectives.
