MetLife UK appoints Justin Harper as Head of Propositions

MetLife UK, the protection and employee health benefits provider, has appointed Justin Harper as Head of Propositions for the UK. Justin will be responsible for overseeing the Employee Benefits and Individual Protection product portfolios and will lead proposition development.
Most imminently, Justin will lead the future direction and development of both individual and group protection. He will also represent MetLife UK at industry events to continue to allow MetLife to contribute to key issues facing the industry and protection needs of consumers.
Justin brings a wealth of knowledge to the role with over 30 years of experience in the protection industry, including roles in product design, marketing, compliance, advice, and training. Most recently Justin led protection proposition development at LV=, bringing to market innovative and award-winning income protection propositions, adviser engagement initiatives and digital protection advice tools.
